Shipping policy

All domestic packages are shipped with UPS and signature confirmation is required. We ship with USPS for purchases, shipping to PO boxes and military addresses only. Our products are shipped in nondescript packaging.

Standard shipping will take approximately 3-7 business days to arrive from the order date this time includes 1-2 business days for order handling:

  • Shipping is FREE for all orders
  • Shipping time from order date: 3-7 business days
  • Handling time 1-2 business days (GMT+01:00) Central European Standard Time (Paris)

Please note that purchases placed after 4pm are considered as made the next business day. Fulfillments are not processed on weekends and federal holidays. Depending on the shipping type, you should expect to receive your tracking details 1-2 business days before you receive the item.

All shipments are tracked, insured, and require signature confirmation upon delivery.

Shipping and Purchase Confirmation:

When you complete your purchase, you will receive an email confirming that we received it and it is processing. Processing may take up to 2 business day. Once approved, we will proceed with the shipment of your purchase and you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Change of Shipping Address after placement of order

Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot edit the shipping address. However, you can contact the carrier to see if they can make edits on their end:

 

Order shows delivery, but has not been received:

If your package shows as delivered please double-check your shipping information on your order confirmation to confirm the order was shipped to the correct address. 

You may also want to check with roommates or neighbors who may have accepted the package for you.
